Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators to accelerate R&D cycles
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (synthetic biology, quantum internet, AGI) to identify commercialization opportunities
- Design governance frameworks for autonomous systems and ethical AI deployment

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years in technology strategy
- Proven track record of scaling R&D initiatives from concept to market deployment
