- Build strategic partnerships with technology pioneers, research labs, and venture capital firms
- Create detailed roadmaps for technology adoption across product lines and operational processes
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for strategic positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Innovation Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, technology foresight, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities with systems-level perspective
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in innovation management or technology forecasting (e.g., CFIP, Foresight Professional)
