Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026-2030 innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for climate, healthcare, and sustainability
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through competitive landscape analysis
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and global innovation hubs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or technology leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with patent development and IP commercialization
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of past innovation initiatives with measurable impact
