- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for 2026 Olympics initiatives across planning, execution, and post-event evaluation
- Manage cross-functional teams of 50+ professionals in technology, logistics, marketing, and operations
- Develop and maintain $50M+ project budgets with rigorous financial controls and reporting
- Coordinate with international committees, sponsors, and government bodies to ensure compliance
- Implement cutting-edge sustainability and digital transformation strategies for event legacy
- Oversee risk mitigation protocols and contingency planning for complex global operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in project management with 3+ years in international sporting events or mega-scale productions
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required with proven agile methodologies experience
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management across diverse cultural and governmental entities
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and enterprise resource planning systems
- Track record of delivering complex projects within stringent budget and timeline constraints
- Fluency in English and Italian; multilingual capabilities highly valued
- Master's degree in Project Management, International Relations, or related field
