Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive product roadmap for the 2026 ecosystem, aligning cross-functional teams on strategic goals.
- Lead the architectural vision for high-scale software solutions, ensuring robustness, scalability, and future-proofing.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Blockchain) to enhance product capabilities and market differentiation.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery and go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct deep market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for product expansion and disruption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product architecture, or strategic consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching complex, high-impact products in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Deep understanding of modern software architecture (Microservices, Serverless) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
