- Manage cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, data scientists, and UX designers

- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present project milestones and breakthroughs to executive stakeholders and investors
- Oversee $5M+ R&D budget allocation and resource optimization
- Champion ethical AI development and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in AI/ML project management
- Proven track record of delivering complex tech products from concept to launch
- Expertise in neural networks, quantum computing, or human-computer interaction
- MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research in AI ethics or emerging technology trends
