Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-resistant quantum neural networks with >99.9% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Optimize quantum-classical pipelines for real-time decision systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum algorithms (e.g., QAOA, VQE)
- Architect secure quantum communication protocols for distributed AI systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Expertise in deep learning architectures (transformers, GNNs, diffusion models)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience with high-performance computing environments (HPC, GPU clusters)
- Strong background in cryptography and quantum-resistant security protocols
- Track record of leading technical teams in R&D environments
