Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures for 2026-era AI applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve previously intractable computational problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating quantum AI systems
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware advancements into production frameworks
- Create comprehensive documentation and technical specifications for quantum AI solutions
- Collaborate with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in quantum machine learning
- Optimize quantum algorithms for scalability and real-world deployment in cloud environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML with proven work on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and frameworks
- Strong background in neural network architectures and deep learning optimization
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Ability to translate complex theoretical concepts into practical engineering solutions
- Track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment
