- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier journals/conferences
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners for real-world implementation pilots
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and PhD candidates
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading research teams in quantum or advanced AI domains
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Strong background in cryptographic protocols for quantum-safe systems
- Demonstrated success securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA)
- Experience scaling research from prototype to production deployment
