Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms for AI optimization and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects for 2026 technology roadmaps
- Develop novel error-correction methods for quantum computing systems

- Secure $5M+ in NSF/DARPA grant funding
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy principles
- Expertise in NISQ-era algorithm development
- Strong track record of interdisciplinary collaboration
