Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum algorithms and error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum computing solutions for real-world problem-solving
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic processors)
- Create quantum security frameworks for next-gen encryption systems
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum-resistant infrastructure standards
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles and methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research or commercial quantum system development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq) and circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
