Responsibilities
- Architect and implement quantum computing systems for 2026 applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development
- Collaborate with industry partners to commercialize quantum solutions
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at global conferences
- Secure $2M+ in annual research funding through grant proposals
- Mentor PhD researchers and quantum engineering interns
- Develop roadmaps for quantum advantage in enterprise environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in Nature/Science/Physical Review journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of securing government/industry grants
- Strong background in error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
- Familiarity with quantum machine learning frameworks
