Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum-enhanced user research protocols leveraging neural-feedback systems
- Lead development of predictive UX models using quantum algorithms and neuroimaging data
- Collaborate with quantum engineering teams to translate research findings into interface prototypes
- Establish ethical frameworks for neural-quantum interaction technologies
- Mentor a team of 8+ researchers across neuroscience, UX, and quantum computing domains
- Present findings to C-suite and external partners including NASA and DARPA
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum UX methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, Human-Computer Interaction, or Quantum Information Science
- 5+ years leading UX research teams in emerging tech environments
- Published work in quantum UX or neural-interface design
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuroimaging tools (fNIRS, EEG)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and neuro-privacy protocols
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercialized quantum UX products
- Active Top Secret security clearance or willingness to obtain
