Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive research to identify macro-economic and technological trends that will define the year 2026.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to prototype future-state solutions.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and engineering.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic shifts.
- Present high-level strategic insights to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and change management.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Blockchain, and IoT.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Studies, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
