Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI systems scheduled for the 2026 release cycle.
- Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms, including neuromorphic computing and synthetic data generation.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in Artificial Intelligence/ML.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of leading high-stakes technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
