Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic vision roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast future customer needs and behaviors
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize 2026 technology investments
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing business models
- Advise executive board on long-term risk mitigation and adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling skills
- Experience leading cross-geographic strategic initiatives
- Published thought leadership on future trends (required)
