Responsibilities

- Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for the company's future growth and innovation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Social Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Deep understanding of current and emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas
- Proven track record of developing actionable long-term strategies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR) a plus
