Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for technological, economic, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Design scenario-planning frameworks to prepare organization for multiple future states
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives across AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainability sectors
- Translate complex trend analyses into actionable strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish and cultivate relationships with futurists, academic institutions, and innovation hubs
- Create compelling visualizations and narratives to communicate future possibilities across all organizational levels
- Champion innovation culture by integrating future-thinking into product development and operational strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
