- Produce scenario-based forecasts for global market shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions targeting 2026 launch windows
- Advise executive team on future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on technological evolution and market disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurist roles within tech/biotech sectors
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
