- Mentor junior futurists and establish foresight KPIs across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for 2020-2025 predictions
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning
- Proven track record influencing C-suite strategy at Fortune 500 firms
- Published author in foresight or technology strategy publications
