Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using advanced horizon scanning methodologies
- Produce quarterly Future Impact Assessments on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Design and lead executive workshops on scenario planning and strategic pivots
- Establish cross-industry partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technology roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic trends affecting technological adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technology trends and disruption modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic transformation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for translating foresight into strategic narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations
