Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term business resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or MBA with strategic focus
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (articles, patents, or conferences)
