Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including trend analysis, scenario planning, and impact assessments
- Translate future insights into actionable roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Present findings to C-suite executives and stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation workshops to generate breakthrough solutions for future challenges
- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and technological megatrends with quantitative/qualitative methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations and thought leadership publications
