What You'll Achieve:

Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Develop predictive models for market evolution and consumer behavior shifts
- Design strategic scenarios for climate adaptation and sustainable growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future priorities
- Create innovation roadmaps integrating ESG and digital transformation
- Present future outlooks to executive team and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record in developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (tech, sustainability, policy)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects and publications
