Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technological, societal, and economic trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-proofing methodologies
- Advise executive stakeholders on disruptive market shifts and competitive positioning
- Build and maintain an external futurist network including academia and industry pioneers
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and risk assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
