Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future industry disruptions
- Produce strategic whitepapers on emerging tech convergence points
- Advise leadership on long-term innovation roadmaps and risk mitigation
- Build and manage a global network of futurist researchers and partners
- Translate future scenarios into product development priorities
- Represent Nexus at global tech foresight conferences and forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused thought leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-oriented initiatives
