Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (journal articles, books)
