Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product innovation pipelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience with AI-powered trend forecasting tools
