Responsibilities

- Design strategic roadmaps aligning organizational capabilities with future opportunities
- Present compelling insights to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Lead innovation workshops to cultivate future-oriented thinking across departments
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Author thought leadership publications and industry forecasts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities with executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., from University of Houston)
