- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 3-year strategic foresight framework with quarterly scenario planning updates
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align executive vision on long-term innovation priorities
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on future tech trends for industry conferences
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation for prototyping and pilot programs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi studies, scenario planning)
- Proven track record translating tech trends into scalable business models
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech disruption (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
