Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their impact on industry landscapes through 2026
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on emerging opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Monitor horizon-scanning technologies and competitive intelligence across 15+ emerging sectors
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-focused initiatives and technology adoption curves
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario development methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
