As a key member of our Global Futures Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and external futurists to decode signals from 2026 and beyond. You'll shape our innovation portfolio, drive strategic initiatives that span quantum computing, neurotech, and sustainable infrastructure, and lead the development of predictive frameworks that empower decision-making in an increasingly volatile world.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Strategic Innovation Roadmap, aligning with long-term organizational vision
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends relevant to 2026
- Develop predictive frameworks and scenario-planning models for high-impact industry transformations
- Chair cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and strategy teams
- Present strategic futures insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Manage a portfolio of pilot projects validating future-ready technologies and methodologies
- Author thought leadership content on 2026 industry implications and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotechnology, sustainable infrastructure, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities with published thought leadership
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across R&D, product, and strategy domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Business Strategy, or equivalent
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Trend Impact Analysis)
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems and futurist communities
