Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Strong analytical and systems thinking with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in business, technology, or relevant field preferred
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) a plus
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams in fast-paced environments
