Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify emerging trends and create a strategic technology roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead the research and development of futuristic technologies, including advanced AI, quantum computing integration, and immersive spatial computing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage and mentor diverse teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver breakthrough solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-budget initiatives.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously analyze global tech landscapes to identify competitive advantages and potential disruptors.
- Pilot Programs: Design and execute proof-of-concept pilots for next-gen products to validate feasibility before mass production.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology leadership within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a broad audience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
