- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to commercialize innovations
- Present strategic initiatives to executive stakeholders and secure resource allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or market-changing initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and securing executive buy-in
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
