Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals and industry trends for the year 2026.
- AI & Automation Leadership: Spearhead the integration of artificial intelligence and automation tools to optimize operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing engineering and product team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems meet rigorous security standards and compliance regulations.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party technology partners and software solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Drive the optimization of system performance and scalability to handle peak loads.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or directorial role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and large-scale data processing.
- Future-Forward Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and adapt to emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
