Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our long-term vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Cross-Functional Innovation: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our core ecosystem.
- Oversee Advanced Prototyping: Direct the development and testing of next-generation AI models and autonomous systems.
- Manage Technical Debt: Ensure our current infrastructure is scalable and robust enough to support future exponential growth.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and investors.
- Security & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks to ensure ethical AI deployment and robust cybersecurity protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior technical leadership role, with at least 5 years specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Future Tech strategy.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into viable business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), Python, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing high-performing teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Adaptability: A track record of thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
