Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology development, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives to ensure we are ready for the demands of 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) and assess their viability for integration.
- Architecture & Strategy: Design scalable, secure, and efficient technical architectures that support long-term business growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for major technology initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT strategy, systems architecture, or technical project management.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and executing on complex strategic initiatives.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and modern development methodologies (DevOps, Agile).
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
