Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the 2026 vision.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) into existing infrastructure.
- Lead architectural discussions to ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate strategic goals into technical requirements.
- Oversee the adoption of DevOps practices and cloud-native architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy in high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
