Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead workshops with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for quantum-integrated systems
- Author quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports for investor and stakeholder briefings
- Establish global think tank partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Drive adoption of ethical AI governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Proven track record influencing C-suite strategy with future-facing insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-proofing initiatives
- Experience scaling innovation in high-growth tech environments
