Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-availability cloud infrastructure for the 2026 initiative and core platforms.
- Lead architectural reviews to ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices across the engineering organization.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Drive the adoption of microservices, serverless computing, and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Mentor senior and junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Establish and enforce DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies for complex system integrations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or DevOps.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Proven track record of leading teams through large-scale system migrations or greenfield projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed systems.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
