Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI-driven solutions for next-gen customer experiences
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, etc.)
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present futuristic vision to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI in 5-year horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Innovation Management preferred
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or neurotech integration
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation (IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with scenario planning for 5+ year technological disruptions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
