Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in future tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations
- Deep understanding of AI ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Published research in emerging technology trends
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight
- Certification in Technology Foresight (preferred)
