Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and carbon-neutral tech infrastructure
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with vendor relationships and resource allocation
- Present strategic proposals to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor a 15-person cross-disciplinary team of engineers and futurists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Track emerging technologies via patent analysis and competitor intelligence
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing architectures
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with federal grant applications (SBIR/STTR) preferred
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management
