Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-focused tech roadmaps
- Prototype and validate next-generation AI/ML solutions
- Secure $5M+ in research grants and venture partnerships
- Present findings at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging technology fields
- Drive patent development for quantum computing applications
- Analyze market gaps for 2026 tech adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in tech R&D with 3+ years in leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing
- Track record of securing $2M+ in research funding
- Patents in AI or sustainable tech (3+ granted)
- Experience with EU Horizon 2020 or NSF programs
