Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026 technology roadmap including quantum computing applications and AI ethics frameworks
- Architect scalable systems integrating blockchain, IoT, and AR/VR for enterprise clients
- Drive innovation sprints with cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, product managers)
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for emerging tech validation
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior talent in emerging technologies and innovation methodologies
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in agile development, DevOps, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields preferred
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
