Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Manage R&D budgets and vendor partnerships for next-gen technology integration
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor technical teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proof architecture
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in strategic innovation planning
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Strong background in product development lifecycle and R&D management
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, PDMA) or MBA preferred
