Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmaps for 2026 product launches
- Drive R&D in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, IoT
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Present disruptive tech concepts to C-suite and investors
- Mentor 10+ engineers in agile development methodologies
- Ensure compliance with future-focused ESG frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling SaaS products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, blockchain, AR/VR
- Experience with federal tech grant programs (SBIR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices
