Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI applications
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuation
- Deep expertise in ISO 21464 and future-tech governance frameworks
- Fluency in at least three programming paradigms (quantum, neural, molecular)
- Security clearance eligibility for classified innovation projects
