Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-2030 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business strategy teams
- Anticipate global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-tech institutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market impact
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum, Nature Technology, or equivalent
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
